NPS welcomes Rear Admiral Richard Seif USN, Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet as guest speaker for the 124th Submarine Birthday Ball. This event is hosted by the Northern California Chapter of the Naval Submarine League (NSL) whose mission is Promoting the Importance of the Undersea to the National Defense. Please join us for a formal affair with remembrance, fellowship, dinner, dancing, and celebration.

Please also pay once you register. Participation fee per person is for individuals, couples, and guests:
- $60 for Enlisted, CWO and O-1, $80 for O-2 thru O-4, $100 for O-5+ and civilians.
- Same price for dinner partners.
